I ordered a table and it was going to come in December. They’ve brought this item back 5 TIMES DAMAGED. Customer service just doesn’t care at all and they said we can get a “$600 refund back”? We spent so much money on an item that you want us to keep a damaged dinning table?

Giving a couple stars only because they seemed knowledgeable about the product. The store seemed to have to same style of furniture from different suppliers. I thought of this store as a lower price place. Not the case on my visit I found the prices to high. A-1 Furniture prides itself on good quality, affordable furniture and no-pressure personnel. But more than anything, we want you to be confident that you’re making the best purchase for you.

Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. I DO NOT recommend this store, terrible customer service. I have had major issue with my delivery and also the product that was delivered! When I spoke with the manager she was extremely rude.
